Robot KRSRI Kabibitax for KRI 2022

Hardware Engineer

  • Create and develop the robot’s sensor head using 3D SketchUp software and 3D printing.
  • Design and develop the robot’s electronic system, including PCB fabrication, electronic component selection such as sensor, actuators and microcontrollers.
  • Research and develop the motion of the robot’s sensor head using Arduino C language
  • Communicate and collaborate with team members to research, develop and enhance the motion of the robot’s sensor head.

Hardware Engineer

  • Create and develop algorithms to control system operations using C language for Arduino.
  • Build and develop IoT system for the project tool.
  • Collaborate with software development to ensure proper communication between hardware and software and implement necessary interfaces to interact with the hardware.
  • Design interfaces on the monitor and implement them on the display monitor.
  • Communicate and collaborate with others on the project.

Project Manager

  • Organize project activities, execute, determine, and supervise the project’s progress.
  • Create and develop the robot’s legs using Autodesk Inventor software and Arcilyc CNC machine.
  • Create and develop the robot’s sensor body and gripper using Autodesk Inventor software, Arcilyc CNC machine, and 3D Printing.
  • Design and develop the robot’s electronic system, including PCB fabrication, electronic component selection such as sensors, actuators, and microcontrollers.
  • Research and develop Control Algorithms to manage the robot’s behavior and movement.
  • Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and solving problem-solving related to the robot and the team.
  • Communicate and collaborate with team members to achieve the project goals.

Automation Sasirangan Coloring

Mechatronics Engineer

  • Designing and engineering an automated sasirangan tool using Autodesk Inventor software, laser cutting machine, and 3D printing technology.
  • Designing and developing electronic circuitry for the tool, including selecting cable circuits for the 3-phase motor and other components, as well as positioning electronic circuit cables within the tool.
  • Researching and developing Control Algorithms to regulate tool movements.
  • Communicating and collaborating with team members to research, develop, and enhance tool’s control algorithms.
  • Successfully secured funding for PKM 2023 (Student Creativity Program 2023).
